Position : HR & Admin Executive
Company : A US based MNC iron manufacturing company, India's backend office.
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : MBA
Experience : 5 to 6 years
Salary : Rs. 5-6 L pa.
Working hours : 1 PM to 11 PM, Monday - Friday.

Job Description
Looking for a person who is well experienced in setting up and implementing employment policies, HR processes and role in building and enhancing positive environment at work place.

  1. Set up procedures and create / maintain appropriate documented policies, procedures, forms, records etc. after appropriate review.
  2. Take care of statutory compliance and maintain all required records as per the local needs.
  3. Help in identifying, recruiting, setup, initial orientation and ongoing support of employees
  4. Maintain leave records and any other records related to employees
  5. Help in making appropriate payroll policies and procedures and recommend appropriately to management about prevailing wages and increments
  6. Manage the employee salary and performance review process and help mgmt. Keep appropriate records.
  7. Ensure that payroll is run timely and all aspects of salary, increments, bonus, reimbursements are managed.
  8. Take care of visa application process as and when needed with help of lawyer and other agencies.
  9. Keep in touch with supervisors in USA to ensure that their expectation about performance is met. Assist them in executing appropriate training etc.

  1. All aspects of office administration including facility, equipment, connectivity, security and maintenance.
  2. Take care of travel and accommodation booking for employees as and when needed
  3. Manage contract and work with 3rd parties related to facility, equipment, connectivity, security and maintenance
  4. Create annual budget and manage the actual expenses related office operations
