Position: Group Product Manager (Marketing - Oncology)
- Developing & implementing promotional strategies & plans in line with business objectives. Developing creative marketing communication in line with product positioning & communication objectives.
Monitoring strategy implementation & performance of assigned brands and driving their growth in market share.
New product ideation, market research and developing new product launch plans.
Offering Marketing Training to field force during induction programs & cycle meets.
Regular fieldwork(min.6 -8 days/month) & KOL development
Coordinating internally and with external vendors for execution of strategies.
Should have prior Oncology experience(sales or marketing)
Should have PMT experience (in any specialty, preferably in Oncology)
Should possess excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
Required Candidate profileQualification: B Pharm / BSc., preferably with MBA
Age : 35 - 42 yrs
Experience: 10 - 15 yrs experience in pharma industry and should have worked in Marketing for oncology products.
