Position Name: Executive / Sr. Executive - QA
Location: Tarapur, Boisar
Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharma /MSc. / M. Pharma any other equivalent Qualification
Experience: 7- 10 years experience in a pharmaceutical plant - Formulation / Injectables experience.

Job Description:
  • 1.To ensure current good manufacturing practices (eGMP) and its compliance in production quality control,microbiology and other departments
    2. To prepare review, control, distribution, retrieval and destruction of SOPs
    3. Responsible to control and monitor IPQA activities I all department such as line clearance, improcess checks, sampling
    4. Responsible for batch release activity
    5. Responsible for review and issuance of master formula Records,batch manufacturing records/batch packing records
    6. To handle the QMS documents like change control, production and laboratoryincidents, out of calibration,out of specification and corrective action and preventive action.
    7. Responsible for investigation and root cause analysis of non conformance
    8. Responsible for organizing departmental training and evaluation of questionnaire.
    9. Responsible for imparting training to newly joined employees
    10. Responsible for execution and reviewing of PLC and qualification documents
    11.Review of production, microbiology, warehouse and QC documents
    12.Responsible for gathering regulatory intelligence and periodical training to other departments
    13.Prepare department/section wise checklist for self-inspection
    14.Supporting purchase department for vendor development and ensure that adherence to standard operating procedures
    15.Prepartion of Technical and Quality Agreements for raw materials,packing materials and External service vendors
    16.Preparation and updation Approved Vendor list (AVL)
    17.Audit and compliance verification of external testing laboratories (ETL) and external service providers (ESP)
    18. Performance monitoring of Approved Vendors
    19.Signing and Approval of GMP and Qualification documents of all departments
    20.Time to time completion and reporting of jobs allocated by his superior
    21. Incase of absence, handover responsibilities to immediate superior/ colleague with intimation to Head of department
