- Should have experience in channel and project sales and have handled distribution network.
- Able to identify new application & usage of products to create new market / customer in the territory.
- To generate sources of leads and monitor.

- Understanding competitors strength and weakness
- On time receivables should be committed towards receivables for company and can produce plan in advance.
- Should be a good planner, Plan monthly travels well in advance including daily visits to get more coverage of market.
- Should be a communicator, develop communication skill to approach reporting authorities and top management.

- Should be a self motivator
- Need to priortise important things to do and be alert for all aspect of sales performances and adjust as per situation demands.
