Each resume sent by us will have a minimum LIFE of One Year (Twelve Months) from the date of receipt by you. And if you have the same resume in your data bank, the information should be passed to us within 3 days otherwise it will be considered as our candidate and subsequently billed on recruiting the same candidate.
We need a letter in writing clearly indicating your acceptance of all the above terms and conditions before taking the assignment.
Information about the candidates short listed for interview should be intimated to us along with the details of interview venue, date and timings.
A copy of the offer letter should be sent to us after issuing it to the candidate. This is basic document required for raising our bill for professional fees, however the offer letter will be retained in strict confidence.
We shall be able to provide free replacement only in the event of any candidate leaving the organisation before 3 months. However, refunding of the fees will not be done. All legal disputes will be settled under the courts in Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
On the request of the client, we also undertake outstation interviews / examinations for which expenses like traveling. hotel accommodation, communication expenses such as telex/fax, Trunk calls/Telegrams, Postal/Courier etc. payable at actual.
