Responsible for organisations Technical services for the assigned geography
Visit Key Influencers i.e. Engineers, Architects Contractors for relationship building on regular Basis
Visit big Trade Non trade customers i.e. Builders, RMCs Construction companies for providing any onsite technical support i.e. Concrete Trials, Onsite training
Attend and resolve technical application related complaints and close it on time by providing technical services.
Visit Wholesale Retail dealers for the services required by their customers feedback about sites influencer activities conducted
Visit Govt departments, Infra projects big construction sites for brand approvals.
Visit New Existing IHB customer site for building relationship and providing onsite technical support.
Generate leads and convert new customer site, as per given target
Execute influencer meets i.e. Mason Meet, Customer Meet, Contractor Meet, Engineer Meet etc
Execute Mass relationship building activities like Exhibitions, Road Shows, Customer camps and Technical Seminars.
Collect Influencer data Influencer feedback in the format send on monthly basis
Promote PPC, Premium cement to both internal and external customers
Providing Value added services On-site to both Trade and Nontrade Customers.
Conduct various tests on Raw materials Concrete i.e. Sieve analysis, Silt test, Slump check, Rebound hammer test to build confidence among customer.
Conduct training programme for Influencers, Consumers, Dealers and Retailers
Collect competitors information and collect send samples for Benchmarking.
Manage, support drive results from off role reportee
Prepare and Send On-time daily, weekly Monthly reports and informations as per the requirement of organization.
